Interesting Phobia: Cant seem to find a technical name for it but, Fear of SleepAids (sleeping pills). For someone with Sleep apnia as my self they can scare the hell out of you to be honest, stop breathing and naturaly you'll wake up with a big gasp as you wake up and remember to breathe. With a sleep aided sleep, you may not wake up if that happens, and no waking up is something I fear.

Tell us your favorite websites for researching BuildCraft/IndustrialCraft: youtube, easy enough to just find a walk through on how to do something, and how to not do something usually.
