Online MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL Servers Hosting?

Hi all

I am looking for a good non-free online hosting for one of the following database servers (arranged by preference...):
MySQL
MS SQL
PostgreSQL

I never had to look for such thing before, and I don't know anything about the quality of the hosting companies who provide such thing...
So I would like to have some assistance and help from you picking good one with high uptime rate...
