Ray Charles, completely blind by the age of seven, was an unstoppable pioneering force in music. He played R&B, rock, blues, jazz, country, pop, soul, and gospel -- just about every hot genre emerging or established in his time. But he wasn't confined to only hammering out his tunes on the piano. Ray did vocals, sax, trombone, and composed too. Despite his checkered history, admitting to drug addiction since age 16 and a past complete with 12 children by 9 different women, the powerful music of this soul man continues to get people on their feet and groove the night away. On a side note, I just watched The Blues Brothers the other night, which he makes an appearance in :-)

Most of the major projects on the server are built around the texture pack John Smith. It's not a requirement to install or use it, but odds are good that the server will look much better if you use the same texture pack that the moderators are using.

In order to use this texture pack, you need to download MCPatcher, and John Smith. There are installation instructions included in the zip file.
