Favorite thing to build and why: I'm not sure really since I've just started playing minecraft a few weeks ago. What I'm hoping to build is a simple house that's simple and functional. I'm hoping after looking around the server I will be inspired to build something more unique.
IRL hobbies: I'm more of a console player and I play tennis on my time off from school but since my friend got me minecraft and told me to join this server I decided to give it a go.

Pick one of the following topics, and tell us something about it - Ancient Egypt, Famous Pianists, Nuclear Physics: I saw on Nat Geo that the pyramids weren't built via a giant ramp as some may speculate but rather by several small ramps built within the pyramids themselves. These hidden ramps ran along the inner walls of the structure, spiraling upward to the very top and were key in getting the limestone up to where they were needed.

Most of the major projects on the server are built around the texture pack John Smith. It's not a requirement to install or use it, but odds are good that the server will look much better if you use the same texture pack that the moderators are using.

In order to use this texture pack, you need to download MCPatcher, and John Smith. There are installation instructions included in the zip file.
