Recently Bill Gates gave a TED talk about a type of Nuclear reactor which has been dubbed the traveling-wave reactor and was first proposed in the 1950's. The unique feature that sets this nuclear reactor apart from others is it's extremely efficient use of fuel and low amount of enriched uranium requirements. The proposed power plants would use the depleted uranium created by traditional nuclear power plants as their fuel, thereby reducing the volume of nuclear waste considerably as well as providing clean efficient energy. This is great because there is a relatively large amount of depleted uranium sitting around in nuclear waste facilities already. Co2 emissions will continue to be a large problem for the entire world until we reduce them to zero, and traveling-wave reactors could be a very big help in reducing emissions. These plants would be safer, more efficient, and more economical than any energy source we currently have and are a likely candidate for future energy sources.

Edit: Forgot to mention the amount of depleted uranium that has already been created and is just sitting around in nuclear waste facilities.

Most of the major projects on the server are built around the texture pack John Smith. It's not a requirement to install or use it, but odds are good that the server will look much better if you use the same texture pack that the moderators are using.

In order to use this texture pack, you need to download MCPatcher, and John Smith. There are installation instructions included in the zip file.
