Hey Ahnaris,

I am a big fan of your casts and also a fan of minecraft. I have not played too much on beta servers, but I am very good with classic server designs. I am a well known member on a classic server called Opticraft, which is one of the most popular servers in minecraft today. Here are some examples of my work:






















Kid Buu, timesplitters 4, chewbacca, woman, sanji, lighthouse, Villa de Rotunda, roman temple, tower, spawn platform, Chip (chip and Dale), another spawn platform, stadium, cookie monster, monopoly, GIR, papa smurf, lighthouse 2, wolf, gamecube, lighthouse 3, are all by your's truely. Some of them have my name in the picture as well, but yea come visit opticraft and see what's going on.

I would like to join and possibly create an image of you! I have a picture of you from facebook I could recreate or if you have a better one i could work on that. Can't wait to hear back. Thanks for taking the time to go through all the pictures.

the only thing I can see wrong with your application is that you said classic minecraft.
This server is 1.8 and people who aren't admins have to mine EVERYTHING they use.
Even some of the admins choose not to spawn items.
Also we've recently taken the difficulty off of peaceful so mining has become a little bit harder. You would have to be able to deal with a lot more time being spent mining in very dangerous conditions.
That said, when an admin is online, they keep it daytime so that building can resume in total light but they can't help you when you go mining.

I already knew the challenges ahead in beta, I still play it just not in servers, I appreciate the concern, what's better is I have more blocks to work with in beta, so it offers more colors for artwork, and building design

but collecting those colours in bulk is quite difficult without admin privilages...

I'd bet ahnaris would make an exception for the art this guys makes though rhett. You could do with him making a giant bowser, peach, mario or luigi couldn't you?

Some admins will spawn, some wont. It depends on the person, and it depends on what the spawn is for. I can't speak for other OPs, but with that kind of work I'd be willing to spawn items for a user. I realize that's not a very direct way to explain how it's done on the server, but it's the best I can give you for now. :)

HHey I appreciate the feedback everyone, and the username is same as application "craftycharacter". I would be willing to try out collecting my resources for an image of Ahnaris himself. I haven't created images of people yet so it should be interesting
