Favorite thing to build and why: I have always been fascinated with Pistons when they first came out. I enjoy making them do work and making things look stylish and cool. Once I found Buildcraft and from it Tekkit, I grew to love the Quarry, it would do the work of getting me all the awesome stuff for me so I could work more on structures.
IRL hobbies: Well, anything that lets me build or work with my hands, such as latch hooking, which I have been doing for a few years now. I also have been bowling since I was 6, and I hope to keep playing until I'm old and my shoulders give out.

Pick one of the following topics, and tell us something about it - Ancient Egypt, Famous Pianists, Nuclear Physics, Interesting phobias, Cat breeding: Well, might as well choose one I like; the famous pianist Victor Borge. Born January 3rd 1909 with the name Borge Rosenbaum, he fled to America during the second world war. Unlike most pianists, Borge was also a comedian, hosting The Victor Borge Show (the name he adopted in 1941). One of his famous act was called "Phonetic Punctuation", and is where i was introduced to him. Not to ruin it, but Victor would read a story, and to avoid 'confusion', he would assign and use, in varying ways, sounds for things like periods, commas, exclamation marks, semi colons, and more. So thats a little teaser of the man Victor Borge, and I defiantly recommend seeing some of his work.
Tell us your favorite websites for researching BuildCraft/IndustrialCraft: Well, my goto for recipes is defiantly the Tekkit Wiki, but I also like using YouTube as well, watching things like the Yogscast go through it step by step helps set a solid basis in your own mind on how things work. Also seeing the vids by the original creators and testers gives you a feel for how it is all supposed to mesh.
