Favorite thing to build and why: I always like to build big things. It doesn't really matter if they are a replica of reality or figments of imagination. I love to build them big. Bigger means more detail, harder to build and I always enjoy a challenge.

Famous pianist: I am going to talk to you about a truly big and "e-famous" pianist. His name is John Schmidt and he is one half of The Piano Guys. He was born 1966, resides in Bountiful, Utah. He describes his style as "New Age Classical." He was born to German immigrants who acquainted him with the works of such composers as Beethoven, Mozart, and Chopin. He began songwriting at age 11. To date, he has released eight albums and seven piano books containing transcriptions of original arrangements. He is a very complex pianist, mostly because he combines elements of the music he was taught, which is classical, with elements of the music of his youth and contemporary music, and this gives his music something special compared to all the other pianists. He is modern, he is a joy to listen to and you can see and feel the passion spewing out of him when he plays. He might not be no Mozart, but he is on the right track. Also, I chose him over the classical pianists mostly because I enjoy seeing modern songs rewritten with a more classical feel to them and I don't enjoy classical music a lot, at least not to the extent that I research composers.

Most of the major projects on the server are built around the texture pack Sphax. It's not a requirement to install or use it, but odds are good that the server will look much better if you use the same texture pack that the moderators are using.

Lastly, this server is running BuildCraft & IndustrialCraft - you WILL be required to install these mods locally. We suggest you download the Technic launcher from HERE:

As we are not the creator / distributor of this mod collection, we will be unable to provide technical or installation assistance. We do look highly upon individuals who are capable of reading manuals and following directions (since that's half of MC anyhow) so...impress us. =)
