Jelly Roll Morton - My inspiration toward learning to play piano wasn't forced upon by my parents. I managed to see the movie "The legend of 1900's" which featured Jelly Morton as one of the main character, the pieces he improvised was so illusive, and the thought of such music can be played with 10 fingers on a grand piano. His famous song that struck the rich cultural people in his life time "The Crave" was one of my first piece I've learn.

Frederic Chopin - The Waltzes series in any key is amazingly sounded to everyone. Even those who tends to dislike piano music, the fast pace Waltz in c - minor is especially my favorite. Although is is a little before Jelly M. Frederic music was around the 1830's to 1840's; but in all, his music also lived for centuries as we still play and enjoy the pieces today.
